Ba Da Shen Zhou – 8 incantations practice

It is important to learn these by heart. step by step. memorize them all. daily practice. you might have difficulties at first but after some time you will feel the changes. when you start with this practice, use the video and follow my lead to get into it. later you can do it without. slowly you will get into the rhythm and melody, and the vibrations will start doing their work. vibrations, yes, your body starts vibrating at one point too, not outside, but internal. with this practice many things will happen, observe them and don’t be forceful or stick onto something, let everything come and go. memorize them by heart.

If you want develop serious skills, follow my instructions very careful. otherwise you could end up with nothing but wasted time. don’t mix up things. there is transmission by master to student.

At first you should read and practice all incantations, until you can memorize them, then you start the real Practice as follows:

-净心神咒Jìng Xīn Shén Zhòu-

太上台星，应变无停。驱邪缚魅，保命护身。                        

Tài shàng tái xīng, yìng biàn wú tíng. Qū xié fù mèi, bǎo mìng hù shēn.

智慧明净，心神安宁。三魂永久，魄无丧倾。

Zhì huì míng jìng, xīn shén ān níng. Sān hún yǒng jiǔ, pò wú sàng qīng.

Translation:

-Cleaning the Heart incantation-

The Supreme and the Terrace Stars, reacts according to the circumstances without stopping.
Evil is driven away, evil spirits are bound, life is preserved and the body is protected.
Wisdom is luminous, the state of mind is calm.
The three etheric souls last forever, the souls are not lost and exhausted.

 

-净口神咒Jìng Kǒu Shén Zhòu-

丹朱口神，吐秽除氛。舌神正伦，通命养神。                         

Dān zhū kǒu shén, tǔ huì chú fēn. Shé shén zhèng lún, tōng mìng yǎng shén.

罗千齿神，却邪卫真。喉神虎贲，炁神引津。                        

Luō qiān chǐ shén, què xié wèi zhēn. Hóu shén hǔ bēn, qì shén yǐn jīn.

心神丹元，令我通真。思神炼液，道炁常存。                        

Xīn shén dān yuán, lìng wǒ tōng zhēn. Sī shén liàn yè, dào qì cháng cún.

Translation:

-Cleaning the Mouth incantation-

Dan Zhu the god of the mouth, expectorate impurity and remove awaiting pollution and removing air pollution.
Zheng Lun, the god of the tongue, connect with life and nurture the spirit.
Luo Qian, the god of teeth, perverts evil and protects what is true.
Hu Ben the god of the throat, the qi of prenatal heaven and spirit guide saliva.
Dan Yuan the god of the heart, allow me to connect with the truth.
If the spirit has refined fluid, the prenatal Heavenly Qi of Dao is permanent.

 

-净身神咒  Jìng Shēn Shén Zhòu-

灵宝天尊，安慰身形。弟子魂魄，五脏玄冥。                     

Líng bǎo tiān zūn, ān wèi shēn xíng. Dì zǐ hún pò, wǔ zàng xuán míng.

青龙白虎，队仗纷纭。朱雀玄武，侍卫身形。                        

Qīng lóng bái hǔ, duì zhàng fēn yún. Zhū què xuán wǔ, shì wèi shēn xíng.

Translation:

-Cleaning the body incantation-

The Celestial Worthy of the Numinous Treasure, calms and nurtures the bodily form.
Disciples ethereal and corporeal souls, the five internal organs becomes profound and deep.
Green Dragon and white Tiger, array in formation the diverse and confused.
Zhu Que and Xuan Wu, protect the bodily form.

The first three incantations are for cleaning your material and spiritual body. daily 3×9 repetitions, cross sitting with the hand in Zi Wu Jue (Taiji Hand-Seal).

The next two incantations are to protect and clean the heaven and earth/area.

-安土地神咒  Ān Tǔ Dì Shén Zhòu-

元始安镇，普告万灵。岳渎真官，土地祗灵。                     

Yuán shǐ ān zhèn, pǔ gào wàn líng. Yuè dú zhēn guān, tǔ dì zhī líng.

左社右稷，不得妄惊。回向正道，内外澄清。                       

Zuǒ shè yòu jì, bù dé wàng jīng. Huí xiàng zhèng dào, nèi wài chéng qīng.

各安方位，备守家庭。太上有命，搜捕邪精。                         

Gè ān fāng wèi, bèi shǒu jiā tíng. Tài shàng yǒu mìng, sōu bǔ xié jīng.

护法神王，保卫诵经。皈依大道，元亨利贞。                       

Hù fǎ shén wáng, bǎo wèi sòng jīng. Guī yī dà dào, yuán hēng lì zhēn.

Translation:

-Securing the ground incantation-

The prenatal One protects and secures, let it be known to the innumerable spirits.True officials of the high mountains and great lakes, gods and spirits of the land,Deity of the soil on the left, deity of the grain on the right, since not troubled.
Return to the Orthodoxy of Dao, being purified inside and out.
Return to your positions, prepare to protect the altar.
The Most High has ordained, hunted and arrested all evil devils
Divine protector of the kings, protect the one who recites the scriptures.
Return to trust in the great Dao, origin, smooth progress, adequacy and perseverance.

 

-净天地神咒 Jìng Tiān Dì Shén Zhòu-

天地自然，秽气分散。洞中玄虚，晃朗太元。

Tiān dì zì rán, huì qì fēn sàn. Dòng zhōng xuán xū, huang lǎng tài yuán.

八方威神，使我自然。灵宝符命，普告九天。

Bā fāng wēi shén, shǐ wǒ zì rán. Líng bǎo fú mìng, pǔ gào jiǔ tiān.

乾罗答那，洞罡太玄。斩妖缚邪，杀鬼万千。

Qiān luō dá nà, dòng gāng tài xuán. Zhǎn yāo fù xié, shā guǐ wàn qiān.

中山神咒，元始玉文。持诵一遍，却病延年。

Zhōng shān shén zhòu, yuán shǐ yù wén. Chí sòng yī biàn, què bìng yán nián.

按行五岳，八海知闻。魔王束首，侍卫我轩。

Àn xíng wǔ yuè, bā hǎi zhī wén. Mó wáng shù shǒu, shì wèi wǒ xuān.

凶秽消散，道炁常存。

Xiōng huì xiāo sàn, dào qì cháng cún.

Translation:

-Heaven and Earth purification incantation-

Heaven and earth are natural, impure Qi dissolves. Connect with the center of the mystery, the brilliance of the great origins.
Mighty deities of the eight directions, allow me to be natural.
The decree of the numinous treasure, let it be known in the nine heavens. Divine generals clearing impurities.Cut off demons and bind evil and slaughter spirits by the thousands. Divine evocation of the central mountain, jade scripts of the prenatal.Reciting it once wards off disease and extends the years.
Present and ruling in the five sacred mountains, in the eight seas let it be known and heard.The demon kings give in submission, in bondage and protection of my chariots.
Unfortunate defilement dissipate and disappear, the prenatal Qi of Dao is eternal.

Important to open an altar, cleaning the house, fengshui etc. use the Zi Wu Jue (Taiji Hand-Seal). Daily 3x9repeations.

Jin Guang Shen Zhou is mostly important. Daily 1×49 repetition with the Jin Guang hand-seal shown below.

-祝香神咒Zhù xiāng shén zhòu-

道由心学，心假香传。香爇玉炉，心存帝前。

Dào yóu xīn xué, xīn jiǎ xiāng chuán. Xiāng ruò yù lú, xīn cún dì qián.

真灵下盼，仙旆临轩。令臣关告，迳达九天。

Zhēn líng xià pàn, xian pèi lín xuān. Lìng chén guān gào, jìng dá jiǔ tiān.

Translation:

-Prayer incense incantation-

Dao is learned with the heart; the heart is transmitted through the use of incense.
The incense burns in the jade burner, the heart is laid before the gods.
The gods and immortals look down from above, the banners of the immortals arrive in front of the chariot.
Then leave the subject of your request, reach the nine heavens.

Incense is the vehicle of our communication with the divines. In our hearts we offering the incense to our patriarch , daily 3×3 , offer the incense in your heart if you don’t have an altar, if you do, say the prayer while offering the incense at the altar.

After you offer the incense, you can meditate and silent sitting for a while. The incantation of deep contemplation brings you to the state. You can repeat it continuously for three times before you meditate. If you meditate use the Zi Wu Jue.

After a while, your spiritual powers will become stronger, your skill to communicate with divine will deepen.

The three hearts of our school are your daily reminder, to continue and never give up. Practice honesty, trust and patience and you can master anything.

Hang up the yellow tablet while you still don’t know the practice well enough to perform.it is not to disturb the gods and you can leave it when you start with daily practice. Always wash your hands and mouth before practice.
