Jia Zhen Ren from Wudang Shan

This morning of 18th April 2025, I received a message from my brother from Tai Zi Dong in Wudang Shan, that my late Master , Jia Xin Xiang (Jia Ye), today at noon local time, left this earthly realm and entered the lofty heavens of immortals.
He was a great teacher and always received guests with the utmost friendly kindness. He always said about himself, he is only the gate keeper, opening the door of the shrine of Tai Zi Dong (Prince Cave) in the morning and closing it in the evening. Tai Zi Dong is located above the Zi Xiao Gong (Purple Cloud Temple) and is the place where Xuan Wu Da Di cultivated himself for over 40 years.
He was a simple man, dedicated his life to worshiping Xuan Wu after a severe gastric illness, living in the cave for over 25 years.
I received initiation and transmission in 2015 and ever since he guided my journey of Daoist cultivation.
Yu Zhen Guan Dao-Temple will have a ceremony to worship Jia Zhen Ren. All my students and disciples are encouraged to offer incense and pray to the Immortal Jia of Tai Zi Dong, Wudang Shan.

A poem of Chong Zun, a brother and disciple of Jia Zhen Ren , written on 18th April 2025, english translation below:

岁次乙已
月建庚辰
师父贾爷
悲悯历劫
九磨十难
誓愿如一
今得圆满
归根复位
惊闻噩耗
四海弟子
悲恸难舍
青山低吟
长天落寞
师父为人
服务仙洞
造化武当
随缘度民
德高望重
四季清贫
道品三界
爱国护教
大义玄妙
谆谆教诲
犹在耳边
慈劝归善
万人敬仰
祭师英灵
伏惟尚飨
弟子叩泣
同体大悲

In the Year of Yisi,
Month of Gengchen

Our Master, Grandfather Jia,
Moved by compassion, endured the tribulations.
Nine trials, ten sufferings —
His vow unwavering through it all.

Now, the journey complete,
He returns to the Source,
Reclaims his place in the Eternal.

The sorrowful news spreads —
Disciples across the Four Seas
Mourn, hearts aching with grief.

The green mountains murmur softly,
The vast sky falls into loneliness.

Our Master, a man of virtue,
Served the Immortal Grottos,
Shaped the destiny of Wudang,
Guided all beings with the flow of fate.

Respected for his high moral standing,
He lived in simplicity through every season.
Honored across the Three Realms for his Taoist cultivation,
He loved his country and protected the Way.

A man of profound righteousness and mystery,
His earnest teachings
Still echo in our ears.
With compassion, he urged all to return to goodness,
Admired and revered by the multitudes.

Now we offer this tribute
To the Master’s heroic spirit —
May it partake of our humble rites.
We, your disciples,
Kneel and weep,
United in boundless sorrow.
